I am going to use numbers to tell you about our family.
This is the most complete picture of all of our children plus my mom, two sisters and a nephew. It was taken on August 10th 2013 before Gabriel and Danae moved to Ireland.
Fast forward to today, we are a family of 36 members here on earth and one, Jose Ignacio, in heaven.
Nine are married, all in the temple.
We now have 15 grandchildren: Ten boys and Five girls. Eight are between the ages of 3 to 15
Six were born within the past 14 months.
What they all have in common including the in laws is that they are all hard workers, high achievers. They love what they do and are the best in their field of work.
Those who have children are amazing parents but most importantly is that they each and everyone of them have a testimony of Jesus Christ and are teaching their children about the Lord's gospel.
They all hold a temple recommend including Valentina who is single. She was our last one who entered the temple on her birthday December 17th, 2015. We were blessed to have been there for it. Attending the temple with our grown up children is by far hands down my most favorite activity.
What can I say, we are so lucky and blessed with the caliber of children and grandchildren our Heavenly Father has sent us. Here they are one by one:
Ladies first!
Mandy and Spencer :
Mandy and spencer live in Salt Lake City. They are attending the University of Utah. Mandy wants to be a Biologist and Spencer is getting his Masters in Statistics. They have one semester left!
Valentina:
Vale: Graduated from BYU in Advertisement. She is a researcher for Bon Com
Bianca, Joseph, Ruby and Norah:
Bianca graduated from USU in Music Therapy and is a singer songwriter. Joseph graduated from VCU in Advertisement and works for Woodgrain as their Corporate Marketing Manager. They relocated from New York to Eagle, Idaho so they could have a family.
Ani, spencer, Chris and Oliver:
Analia graduated from the University of Utah as a Physical Therapist. Her work took her to Nebraska. Spencer is attending school and is teaching children with special needs.
Cristi, Brooks, Nixon, Beckett and Asher:
Cristi received her Masters from Idaho State University in Family and Child Therapy. She is a blogger and photographer as well. Brooks graduated from Thunderbird in Business. He works for Woodgrain and cofounded Proof eyewear in Boise Idaho.
The guys:
Andres, Jami, Sariah, Layna, Daniel, Joseph:
Andres and Jami both received their Bachelor degrees where they met at BYU Andres continued and received his MBA from the University of Utah. Andres works for DMBA
Gabriel graduated from BYU in economics. Gabriel's employment with Accenture moved him from Buenos Aires Argentina to Ireland. Danae is still in school.
Pablo, Sydney, Charlotte and Graeme:
Pablo and Sydney both graduated from BYU where they met. Pablo's work with Cintas has taken them to Denver where he is the plant manager.
Alejandro, Lexi and Tiago:
Alejandro and Lexi both graduated from BYU where they met. Ale received a Bachelor and Lexi received her Maters in accounting. They live in Miami where Lexi is employed by PWC
Hernan, Rachael and Owen:
Hernan and Rachael also graduated from BYU where they met. Rachael got her Bachelor degree in Nutrition and Hernan received his Maters in Systems. Hernan moved to Houston to work for Exxon Mobil.
Four out of five of the boys and one daughter met their better half in College. (5 out of 10)
One knew each other from the Junior High school days.
One met on line,
One was introduced by other friends
and one was introduced by her own mother. Who could that be?
They are all perfect for each other. They are good to one another and they are so in love.
They are great examples to people around them and we as parents couldn't be more proud and so happy for them.
