Hawaii

From April 20 to April 28 we were on airplanes coming and going to Hawaii from the Philippines and it was all worth it! What a beautiful place Hawaii truly is but most beautiful is their temple and all the people we were with. Bishop Davis and his dear wife came to this cluster meeting.

On April 22nd we were given a priesthood blessing by Bishop Davis. We had a meeting with him for about an hour previous to his blessing and knew we were staying in the Philippines for one more year.

We also all went to a temple session and to tour BYU Hawaii and the Polynesian Cultural Center. We also went to Pearl Harbor and the pineapple plantation.

The twins are here!

What a wonderful day for our family as we heard the news. on April 20, 2018 Analia and Spencer grew their family from 4 to 6. The boys are named Gabriel and Michael. They were born at 37 weeks. They are fraternal twins. One looks like Ollie with red hair and he other baby looks like Christopher with brown hair. Interesting that one baby looks like an Almeida and one looks like a Krone. The event happened right when we were in Hawaii for our DTA cluster meeting.

The Lion King

We invited the secretaries and their spouses to join us for the Lion King production. What I remember is that we had dinner at the office before we drove over and got there one minute before the play started. If you come late to this play, you have to wait outside. What a tender mercy to have made it just in time.

Pathway winter semester ended

Pathway is a big part of my life. Every Thursday at noon, I am committed to be at the area office to contribute as a facilitator. Today is the last day for their match semester. I did the closing and encouraged them to continue on to the English portion and the last part of Pathway.

My first time in Connecticut

Right after the historic April General Conference from April 3 to the 6th I took my first trip to Connecticut via New York. It  was a dream come true!

Bianca picked me up and that takes almost 2 hours from her home. It was nice to see where they live. While I was there, I went to a fun birthday party,  ate at some yummy restaurants, went shopping and to have ice-cream with the girls while Bianca was busy with the young women, went to a fun Spanish music class, visited an amazing friend who is a writer who gave us some tips in writing, but above of all and why I was in heaven is that I spent time with my wonder girls and played with them.
