Daniel and I have had to travel to Puerto Rico in November and again in December to get the apartment ready where we are staying. The island is beautiful and the people are so proud to have the best of both worlds. They are not a country, they are a US territory and has all the amenities any US city has but they don't have to pay Federal Taxes because they are not a State of the United States of America.
